How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your size and preferred item, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as local payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely via encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly after they are placed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@[yourdomain].com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the fulfilment process.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes. A second email with your tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Is it safe to pay on your website?

Where do you ship to?
We ship internationally, with primary service to the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, the United States, and Canada. We also ship to many other countries — available destinations are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, after which estimated transit times are 7 to 15 business days depending on your location. Total estimated delivery time from order date is 9 to 20 business days. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed dates.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. The exact amount will be displayed before you confirm your purchase. Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Tracking Your Order
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. My tracking number isn’t showing any updates. Is something wrong?
This is completely normal. Tracking numbers can take between 2 and 5 business days to become active after you receive your dispatch confirmation. During this period, the carrier is processing and registering your parcel within their system. Please allow this window before contacting our support team.
My order shows as ‘delivered’ but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Please first check around your property, with neighbours, and with your building concierge or mailroom if applicable. If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us at support@[yourdomain].com with your order number and we will investigate with our logistics partner.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?
Email support@[yourdomain].com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service for all returns.
What resolution options are available?
We offer store credit (valid 12 months), product exchanges, or a partial refund combined with store credit, depending on the condition and circumstances of the return.
Our Watches
Are your watches authentic luxury brand watches?
No. Our watches are original fashion timepieces sold exclusively under our own brand identity. They are inspired by the aesthetics of luxury watchmaking but are not produced by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any third-party luxury brand. What warranty do you offer on watches?
All watches come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure beyond the watch’s rated resistance, or accidental damage. Please see our Warranty page for full terms.
Can I return a watch because it doesn’t look identical to a luxury brand watch?
No. Returns on this basis are not accepted. Our watches are fashion-inspired timepieces and are not marketed as identical alternatives to branded luxury products. This is clearly disclosed prior to purchase. Please review our Product Transparency page and Return Policy for full details.

Are the product images accurate?
